Thanks to our team we are able to turn our (and our client´s) knowledge, into real action capability in China. This is why our principal asset is our people. Our team is composed of more than 50 employees, most of them Chinese and Spanish engineers with international experience and European training.

Our philosophy is to incorporate the best professionals, both in Spain and in China, and develop them (by training, project experience, etc) to become world class. We firmly bet for the "New China" generation, convinced that the elite of the new generation of Chinese engineers is fully qualified and motivated to compete successfully in the global marketplace. They constitute the MS Techno operational backbone. 

In Spain we concentrate in the development of "Know-how" in our core conpetence areas, incorporating high level professionals to our projects, be it MS Techno own personnel or through our network of specialist partners.
