This means an additional effort in the identification and analysis of the activities and project tasks to be outsourced and the joint definition with the client of the work packages (inputs, ouputs, control parameters, procedures…) and of the resource profiles (technical knowledge, languages, experience, …) appropriate for each work package.
In any case, our “packaging” methodology assures that the suitable resources are mobilized, the specified quality level is reached and the searching of the maximum effectiency is promoted, through a continuous process improvement.
